This event is the place to be for marketers and other commercial professionals, such as sales professionals, who have a passion for padel and an interest in marketing. Padel matches
A minimum of 80 minutes of playing time, divided into 20-minute matches. The tournament starts with a group stage, followed by semi-finals and finals.

2 marketing sessions led by experienced speakers and knowledge experts

• Session by Maatwerk Online: about the latest AI applications for better marketing performance and collaboration.
• Session by Anglers: Jules Sohier, CEO, will lead an interactive session about the future of the online marketer. Will the online marketer still exist in the near future, or will they be replaced by AI?

Level explanation

Bandeja Padel – Beginner level

This level is comparable to KNLTB ranking 8/9 and Playtomic ranking 1 – 2 +/-.

You have been playing for a few months, around 1 to 2 times per week, or you have been playing irregularly for around 6 months to 1 year. You may also have some experience with another racket sport. You are able to hit a forehand, backhand, volley and serve over the net.

After serving, you usually stay in the back of the court. Points are often won from the back of the court. During serving, you and your partner switch sides each time, similar to tennis.

Bandeja Padel – Intermediate level

This level is comparable to KNLTB ranking 6/7 and Playtomic ranking 2.5 – 4 +/-.

You already have a decent amount of playing experience and play at least once a week. You are practising shots such as the bandeja, vibora, bajada and chiquita, or you are starting to gain control over them. You have control over the basic shots, such as the forehand, backhand, volleys and serve.

You are starting to understand the tactical side of the game better. After serving, you move directly towards the net and try to maintain the net position. During serving, the net player does not switch sides. When you are not serving, you try to take the net position by playing a lob or chiquita. You also pay attention to where your opponents are positioned in order to decide where to place the ball.

Bandeja Padel – Advanced level

This level is comparable to KNLTB ranking 4/5 and Playtomic ranking 4+.

You have a lot of playing experience and play at least twice a week. You regularly play tournaments and take part in competitions. In addition to the basic shots, you also have good control over padel-specific shots such as the bandeja, vibora, bajada and chiquita. You are also able to hit winners with a kick smash or power smash and may even hit the ball out of the court.

You are tactically strong. You know how to build up a point, change the pace during a rally and finish the point at the right moment.
